For over 16 years, Lee has developed his creative, strategic, and market insights talents focusing in the pharmaceutical and healthcare space. He has an extremely wide breadth of experience in therapeutic categories including oncology, neurology, hormonal contraception, dermatology, diabetes, immunosuppression, and CDV on brands such as Glivec, Topamax, NuvaRing, Lamisil, and Diovan to name a few.

The most notable of Lee's career highlights is his role in the global launch of Glivec—MedAdNews' 2004 Brand of the Year. He was the lead art director from prelaunch through launch, and shepherded the brand through subsequent indication and label changes over a 4-year period.

Lee's approach to creative fluxuates between enthusiasm and pure obsession. Put simply, he's passionate about big ideas. His philosophy is: "If the work you create doesn't mean anything to you, then why should it mean anything to your audience?" Lee’s office is testament to his thinking; all four walls are plastered with ideas, sketches, and strategic insights.
